Added new recipes via CraftTweaker - 

Ethanol and plant oil can be made in a heated cauldron via Inspirations, using either 32 corn or 32 hemp seeds respectively.

A bucket of ethanol and a bucket of plant oil can be combined into a bucket of biodiesel.

This enables the mining drill to be used much earlier in the game, while also not invalidating a real biodiesel setup.
