### Tallow
- Added Tallow, which can be shaved from a Porkchop in the crafting grid with a Knife, or just crafted from multiple Porkchops instead
  - Can be used to make Candles!
  - Can be used as a furnace fuel to cook 1 item!
  - Can be used as a natural fuel for Torches!
  - Can be used to make Soap!

### Sulphur
- Tweaked Sulphur texture
- Made Supplementaries' placed Gunpowder lines a consistent colour with Sulphur
- Quark's Gunpowder Sack is now the Ash Sack, which stores and dispenses Ash instead of Gunpowder/Sulphur
- Bullet Peppers now primarily cut into Sulphur instead of Blaze Powder on a Cutting Board, and the bonus Blaze Powder drop is now a 10% chance instead of 25%

- Made Bullet Peppers form My Nethers Delight stack to 32
- Made Ice Cubes from Neapolitan stack to 640
- Raised max entity cramming limit from 3 to 8
- Wheat Seeds now only drop 10% of the time from fully-grown wheat
- Lowered Umvuthana's Mask droprates from 33% to 6%
- Lowered max Scarab spawns to 12

### Misc
- Fixed Amethyst Staff's incorrect recipe
- Added the Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template to the Bastion Treasure loot table
- Removed the Boost Pearl drop from the Piglin Brute, gave them the ability to drop the Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template
- Added Sculk Shrieker to Carry On's Blacklist
- Added crafting recipes for BOP leaf piles
- Reduced All Owlager trades to Sticks and String (Will expand each profession's trades again later after internal discussions)
- Player is now thriving instead of rotting
