- Removed XP From Harvest
- Removed mention of Apathy from the tutorial questline
- Extended cooldown of Combat Roll from 4 to 8 seconds
- Disabled Quark's Toretoise and Feeding Trough to free up server threads more
- Soldiers now only have a 10% chance of spawning
- Soldiers with better gear now only spawn underground
- Disabled certain MPR cosmetics spawning in the Nether
