### Recipes
- Fixed and changed the Mechanical Drill recipe not using Diamonds (Also changed it's visual design to accomodate the new recipe)
- Fixed broken Heart of Diamond recipe
- Fixed broken Naga loot table
- Added Naga Fangs to the Skeleton Dungeon loot table (They're bones, after all!)
- Removed recipe change that made Diamond Blocks uncraftable (When and why did I add this?)
- Added crafting recipes for Peat and Silt blocks from Biomes We've Gone

### Loot
- Diamond Gear in Treasure Bastions is now both rarer, and always generates heavily damaged + cursed

### XP
- It now takes 100 XP to level up instead of 50XP
- Made the Enchanting Table need and take 10, 25 and 50 levels for level 1, 2 and 3 enchantments respectively (Formerly took 10, 20 and 30 levels)

### Waystones
- Waystones now cost at least 1 XP level to warp with
  - The XP level cost increases every 256 more blocks traveled away from the first Waystone, up to 50 levels
  - Global Waystones cost more to use than regular ones!
  - Waystones cannot be used to travel to or from the Nether
 - Warp Stones can now only be used once every 20 minutes instead of every 30 seconds
 - Waystones no longer generate in villages

### Mobs
- Re-enabled Stonelings, but changed their functionality:
  - They're now LAPIS-THEMED and carry RAW GOLD (and occasionally something better that's also gold...!)
- Lowered Grottol spawnrate from 2 to 1
- Lowered Grottol max spawn height from 16 to 0
- Limited Sand Snappers to spawning 8 at any given time (They were spawning WAY too frequently, creating bad lag)

### Misc
- Lootr Chests and Mob Spawners can no longer be picked up via Carry On
- Reduced Warrior Rage damage bonus per-kill from 0.5 to 0.35
- Retextured Lapis Lazuli to look less ugly!
