• Effects now show their timers and effect levels alongside their icons

• What armour you're wearing now displays instead of the abstract armour level on the HUD

• Friendly mobs who've been hurt by you will now also display their health bars too

• Some mobs can now jump up to you if you pillar away from them

• Zombies can now pillar on top of each other and break leaves to reach you.
