Renovated reshapes Minecraft into something that feels up-to-date and flushed out. Adding reworks and re-balancing of core aspects of the game which have long been neglected, have been given mechanics, such as food, combat, and storage. As well as remastering existing content, a bunch of new content has been added as well to keep it fresh. Things like new armor and weapons to get. More creatures and animals to find. All the while trying to stay true to what Minecraft is. You won't find any complex tech mods here. This is Minecraft and Renovated stays true to that.

Features that have long been talked and argued about have been addressed. A few of the major changes and additions have been listed below

Changed progression. Changes to how powerful items are obtained and changes to difficulty make for a more rewarding and fair experience.
Improved storage & inventory. Bigger stack sizes, backpacks, a mass storage solution, and more to make the ever growing list of blocks more manageable.
Better Game performance & visuals. Higher FPS, more options to customize if things aren't the way you want. Vanilla Plus Shaders installed by default for a great looking vanilla experience.
Re-balancing of existing features. Food, combat, XP, sleeping, and enchanting are just a few of the many things that have been re-balanced.
More reasons to explore and adventure. Updated biomes and structures, and a bunch of new ones!

Recommended Ram: 6 Gigabytes
Minimum Ram: 4 Gigabytes
I would try and go for at least 6 Gigabytes but you could go with 4, you just may have a few stutters and chunk loading may be slower.
