Hotfix update v1.1.2

This update is mainly for fixing nickel ore not generating in oritech v1.16.1
I've also updated other mods that were available at the time and added refined storage as an alternate and easier version of AE2.

Changes:
- Unified recipes for silicon and made oritech silicon as default.
- Finally added actual server files for this multiplayer modpack lol
