This is what I get for rushing another update... I tried messing with the configs and I guess the lowest option is still stupidly common, so I am removing loot gen for them entirely. I tested and opened a couple loot chests and didn't find any, so everything should be good. I would prefer having them be obtainable in a similar style to unique swords, but due to the config limitations, I can't. You can still obtain them through crafting, though.
