Fixes and Alex's Caves quest overhaul

[Mod Changes]
- Updated all outdated mods

[Config Changes]
~Difficulty Enhancement~
- Reduced the custom difficulty slots to 2
- Custom difficulties are disabled

[Recipe Changes]
- Slightly increased the yield of armour plating

[Quest Changes]
- Moved quests around in the Overworld Questline
- Added "Special Caves" questline
- Added 6 hidden quests
- Reduced Void Worm's difficulty to HE
- Changed loot quality of the Small Temple to DECENT

[Fixes]
- Fixed Titania's danger level being (?) in Champion's Chronicles
- Fixed Titania's boss quest not having a strategy on the bottom
- Fixed the Explosive Idol taking items that are no longer obtainable
- Hopefully fixed the JEI sidebar being spammed with random weapons

[Dev Notes]
I will be messing with this difficulty enhancement thing later, this update is more of just a hotfix than anything. Armour plating didn't really give enough for a full set, so I changed it to give approximately a full set's worth now. Other than that, it's just mainly fixes and slight changes other than the Alex's Caves questline. There's so much content in alex's caves, I decided to add them to their own questline. I didn't think the JEI sidebar saved when exporting, so hopefully clearing it fixed the spam on the side of your screen. I was using that for unobtainable weapons that I was using for Boss quests, kind of a "checklist" of weapons that I haven't added to said boss quests yet.
Also, please note that the difficulty ratings may not be accurate. The info quest explains it, but I was using Scaling Mobs for boss difficulty levels initially, but it didn't scale some damage types. I will be testing them on Expert mode over time and updating them as needed. Because of this as well, some bosses may be way too powerful and need to be reduced in damage, if this is the case, let me know. Best way of letting me know is via discord.
