REALITY.EXE

Something is wrong. The trees watch. The caves breathe. Footsteps follow, then stop when you turn. Doors open on their own. Torches flicker as something unseen passes. You are not alone. And whatever is here… is getting closer.

Deep inside this world, something went wrong long before you loaded in.

The trees don’t just grow — they lean, as if listening. Leaves twitch when you look away. The caves aren’t empty… they’re paused, like whatever lives in them is waiting for the right moment to continue moving. You will notice it first in the silence: no animals, no wind, just the faint sound of blocks breaking where nothing stands.

At night, the sky feels too close. The moon doesn’t rise normally — it watches. Every shadow is slightly delayed, like reality is struggling to keep up. Doors you closed will slowly open again. Torches you placed will burn out in patterns that feel intentional.

And then you’ll start seeing it.

Not always in front of you. Sometimes in reflections. Sometimes just outside your render distance. A shape that doesn’t match Minecraft’s rules — too still when everything else moves, too detailed when everything else fades. It doesn’t chase you… at least not in ways you can prove.

But the world changes after you notice it.

Chunks load wrong. Sounds repeat in reverse. Your own footsteps sometimes arrive before you take them. And if you try to dig too deep, you’ll find structures that were never generated… but still look older than anything else in the world.

This isn’t a survival world anymore.

It’s a containment breach that forgot it was ever contained.
