Config/recipe adjustments adjustments:
Reduced frequency of Minecolonies barbarian attacks
Disabled barbarians breaking and placing blocks since it really only caused them to randomly place cobble and ladders thus making a mess around the colony
Added recipe to fill TAN canteen with TAN purified water bucket, because why isn't this already a thing?
