Re-Orespawned Changelog 1.3.7

- updated a bunch of mods
   -> miners dream fixed to not make tunnels behind but in front of the player

- added re:avaritia ores (+ Better Harvest Levels)
   -> adjusted the ores to be hard but rewardable/time cheezing once obtained;
        Crystal Matrix Ore -> can only be mined with Crystal Matrix Pickaxe 
        Infinity Ore -> can only be mined with World Breaker
        Neutron Ore -> can only be mined with Ultimate Pickaxe

might re-add infernal tools (also to be renamed to "Infernal" instead of "Blaze", but not sure yet) for a more progressive & consistent way of obtaining the crystal matrix stuff. NOT GUARANTEED!!!
