You find yourself thrust into an unfamiliar world with new threats and challenges. New bosses are out to fight you and the common monster may challenge you more than you expect. Don't worry though there is some new gear and upgrades to familiar gear to help you combat these new threats. You're genetics were altered as you entered this world giving you a new race along with new abilities to boot. There are new dimensions to explore and once familiar ones pose new challenges to face but in turn new equipment. Yet if none of that entices you, you can live a simple life making a winery or being an archeologist. Oh also you might want to watch your temperature. (Respawn immeadiately recommended for full immersion)
