added a lot of custom scripts, like adding CASH to the loot tables. and a bunch of custom thermal pulverizer recipes.
removed Mod Name Tooltip as another mod is already doing that, no idea which one.

updated Immersive Railroad to the brand new 2.0, this is a very new version and does seem partially broken, so if you are going to work with trains be advised. steam engines seem particularly bad. but the diesels (not the unu brand ones) are perfect.
