good if you want more damage

nerfed wizard initial mana, you now have to do slight work
for near infinite mana. may nerf again in the future and have
him be more of a burst mage, his damage is quite strong with
no ammo usage like ranger

added PotionLevelFix mod so you can see the numbers on high
level potion effects.
