Hotfix 2:

fixed a massive error I made in allowing some of the
spawns BEFORE the light rule, making them spawn mid day lol.

Also swapped back to using the mod that sets village spawn
instead of the custom script, worlds now seem to be able
to generate without breaking. The mod didn't used to work,
but I think one of the broken mods I removed a while back
lets it work now.
