Raven's Call Evolution

Lightweight Vanilla Plus pack intended for easy installation to play on my server. Largely focusing on Quality of Life mods to help bring a scattered group of players closer as a community. We've got the usual map mods, waila type stuff(using Jade specifically), and then the big one is the addition of a mod that allows us to make teleporters that is pretty lightweight. I'll be doing my best to update the pack as updates to different mods become available, but only if I can get everything working for both server and client-side.

As the community grows and more mods become available this pack will also grow and change. For now it is a lightweight vanilla plus vibe, but it really could go anywhere.
