RageCraft: Islands in the Sky

Rolling back multiple mods to fix server crashes (hopefully) and removed "Stack Refill" because of a glitch that caused items to vanish when it attempted to refill a slot. I attempt to find something that has does the same thing as "Stack Refill"... just without the annoying bug.

-Cyclic 1.18.2-1.7.18 -> 1.18.2-1.17.17
-ForgeEndertech 1.18.2-9.0.8.0-build.1586 -> 1.18.2-9.0.7.1-build.1530
-Lootr 1.18.2-0.3.28.70 -> 1.18.2-0.3.27.69

Removed:
