OptiFine instructions:

In the CurseForge launcher, click on the modpack
Click the three lines next to the "Play" button
You should see an "Open folder" option, click this
Drag your 1.19.2 OptiFine file into the mods folder of this modpack

Want different zombie skins?

Open resource packs in the pause menu
Select and activate Tissou's Zombie Pack

If experiencing "OpenGL" errors...

Go to "Options"
Click "Video Settings"
Click "Other"
Set "Show GL errors" to off
