What's new
Quantum Skies 0.10.0 is a breaking change from the 0.9.x series. The biggest change is the update of gtec from 0.2.2 to 0.3.0.
Changes:
- Tungstate/Scheelite have been removed from the Lunar PCD yields, replaced with Sheldonite.
- The LuV questline has been changed quite a bit to fix some ordering issues in the implied progression.

- jade
- sophisticated
- programmed circuit card
- fusion (this had been pinned but its issues have been fixed)
There is an outstanding issue with GT-- that is preventing an EMI upgrade past 1.1.22, but there's a PR for it so hopefully both GT-- and EMI will be updated for 0.10.1.
GTEC 0.3.0
Gregtech Extended Chemistry, the mod with the platline and lanthanides, has had a thorough rebalancing.
The yields were a little off before, requiring 720 sheldonite dust for each osmium dust. This is 4x less yield than in GTNH.
The platinum and bastnasite have seen some pretty major changes. The monazite chain has had a pretty small change. Some item IDs have been fixed to replace spelling errors; these are all intermediates in fairly long chemistry chains, but these items will be lost when upgrading.
The platline's overall yields have been improved by 4x. The yields for most of its outputs are now on par or a little better than GTNH's platline.
