how long this modpack took is 3 Days like trying the mods so everything works and the world gen and so on
so yeah i spend time trying to get the best performance from those mods and configure a little bit 
and added Quality of life mods so you can play minecraft Vanilla in a better way
and btw i switched Essential to E4MC bc the performance is priority in this modpack
and also i added texturepack support mods in like Entity model features and the other one
the world speed is fast and good i tried many other mods and they are broken so yeah but i did find the working mod
