I Strongly advise for you to check settings for everything like video settings and controls, default options may not be suitable for your likings.

First 3 the mods can be tweaked to your liking within Minecraft mod menu that can be accessed by clicking mod button in pause menu or clicking large button in the right side of the menu.

The last one can be tweaked within minecraft config file: /config/map_atlases-client.toml
