Added Immersive Railroading

Blacklisted pixelmon from being duplicated in the Mob Duplicator: it crashes the server, the client, and corrupts the world.

Pixelmon will now take damage outside of battle i.e. swords, grinders, and blood magic altars.

Pixelmon will no longer replace vanilla or modded villagers.
