Updated Mcjty's mods. Apparently his lib being out of date is why RFTools: Control kept crashing
updated thermal series (and dependency CoFH core)
-also added Thermal Locomotion
Updated Vampirism (allegedly this version should have better support for JourneyMap)
Added 2 resource packs to address the absurdly loud "Pied Piper" mob; one dampens the sound and one silences it altogether.
