updated thermal series (and dependency CoFH core)

Updated Vampirism (allegedly this version should have better support for JourneyMap)
Added 2 resource packs to address the absurdly loud "Pied Piper" mob; one dampens the sound and one silences it altogether.
Lastly, if you are a US citizen (and over the age of 18), don't forget to vote in the 2020 presidential elections!
