Pulchra Prospectus

This is a light version of Pulchra, with a less intensive shader preset. I will try to upload these alongside each new version of Pulchra.

A comprehensive changelog is not available. This update generally did the following:

Added actual entries to the Codex.
Removed unnecessary/unfunctional/redundant mods.
Rebalanced raids (loot and enemy health)
Added new spawns for Fins and Tails mobs, Allays, Thaumatetras, etc.
Prowlers can no longer break the rules, and spawn above Y-35. They also spawn with the correct health and armor.
Prowlers also have new drops, with new uses.
Fixed recipes relating to Elsewhere.
New menu music!
