I created this modpack for the sole purpose of playing it on a private server with some friends of mine.
Prototype 1.6 contains basic tech mods like Thermal Foundation, EnderIO and Industrial Craft for all your basic machines, late-game tech mods like Draconic Evolution and the infamous ME Storage System from Applied Energistics 2. The modpack offers many more possibilities of power generation (i.e. Big Reactors), means of literally mining whole chunks (i.e. Computercraft, BC Builders and Extra Utilities).
Aside from tech mods, you can choose from a range of magic based mods (i.e. Thaumcraft, Witchery, Blood Magic).
You can even create your own personalized dimensions with Mystcraft and RFTools!
It isn't the most stable modpack in existence but it includes some of the coolest mods IMO.
