*added the divination sigil as a quest reward
*made a recipe for Botania's overgrowth seed
*fixed IE durabilities being weird
*doubled the output of recipes for light and heavy engineering blocks
other:
*removed the hundreds of botany pot variants
*made MA farmlands have a much higher growth multiplier
*fixed an overlapping nature essence recipe for vines and tall grass
*diamond chests can now be made with mana diamonds
