beta for most up-to-date version of the modpack for servers.

-release build will be added if needed, otherwise, treat as release.

-use vanilla jar for initial server world creation - due to a bug server has issue generating spawn chunks but can load chunks after spawn chunks are loaded (basically use the vanilla jar to generate the world file, then use the bat from there on out.)
