I'm on a quest to find a permissions mod that will allow block interaction, without block breaking. I think i may have found it here.
Earlier today, i released some alpha builds with this but had some issues on the server. I believe i have it worked out now. I still need
to work on permissions but i wanted to get this up so i could test it throughout the week. I named this version the 2.0 version to avoid confusion with other builds posted today.
