~ Moved Server Research earlier in the tech tree
~ Changed Funky Locomotion recipes to fit more into the steel_stage
~ Transistors are now 4x faster to create
~ T1 Microchips are 2x faster to create

* Fixed recipe conflict between redstone and wireless cards
* Fixed Rolling Machine being locked
* Made Mass Detector craftable
