Project: The Last of Us

Project: The Last of Us is a zombie apocalypse modpack focused on exploration, survival, and storytelling.

When players first spawn into the world, they start inside a bunker where the beginning of the story unfolds. After leaving the bunker, they discover a beautiful forest where nature has reclaimed the world. Destroyed buildings, abandoned structures, and remnants of civilization can be found everywhere.

Players will occasionally encounter airdrops containing weapons, ammunition, and valuable supplies. However, the first airdrop will not arrive immediately, so survivors must learn to survive with limited resources.

Zombies spawn during the day, but they become far more numerous and aggressive at night, making darkness extremely dangerous.

One of the biggest dangers is noise. Zombies can hear players and are attracted by sounds such as gunshots, explosions, and other loud activities. A single mistake can quickly turn into a fight for survival.

While exploring, players can discover many unique locations, such as:

A commissary ravaged by zombies Abandoned watchtowers Forgotten bunkers Nature-covered ruins Small survivor outposts

Very few survivors remain alive. Players can find large cities completely devastated by the apocalypse, with only a few accessible roads, or smaller towns containing abandoned vehicles and streets waiting to be explored.

To help with long journeys, players can craft backpacks and expand their inventory space.

Hardcore Version

For players looking for an even greater challenge, the Hardcore Version introduces additional zombie mods, creating more dangerous infected variants and encounters. Resources become harder to obtain, survival becomes more difficult, and every decision matters.

The infected are smarter, deadlier, and more relentless. Combined with the noise system, every gunshot can attract a horde and turn a simple scavenging run into a desperate escape.

The world is dangerous, resources are scarce, and every night could be your last.
