Project: Parasitoid

Project: Parasitoid is a modpack centered around the Scape and Run: Parasites, with a focus on ambiance, placing the player in a post-apocalyptic world in which the previous inhabitants of the world were overwhelmed by horrifying parasites, taking to the extreme measures of nuclear weaponry and ancient thaumic magics in an attempt to wipe them out, before resorting to an extreme exploitation of the parasites weakness to fire by raising the temperature of the world to unlivable levels to wipe them out, before leaving the planet. You were left behind, and now that the world is cooling again, the parasites are returning.

Unlike most Scape and Run: Parasites modpacks which typically have a focus on delaying the inevitable for as long as you can, Project: Parasitoid has a focus on delaying the inevitable until you can create a permanent solution.
