The create mod is mainly just machinery.

ProjectE is a more magic based mod that adds items like red matter and the philosiphers stone.

Biomes O plenty basically changes most of the vanilla terrain and makes it more visually appealing, and adds many more biomes.

And there are lots more mods that add on to the vanilla experience in different ways!
