This a a tech mod based on FTB and voltz. It was originally meant to be a mix of the two, but has since become something else. This pack aims to combine tech with magic and balance project E alchemy with a multiplayer environment.

removed icbm classic
added defense tech
added open blocks
added elsewhere border
added special mobs
config changes:
turned off open block graves
turned off tinkers construct world border
turned off voltz engine ores (they where useless)
turned on config checker, set recommended ram to 3.5 GB
further balance philosopher stone and transmutation table recipe
set spice of life memory to 8 and diminishing returns to start at 8
set elsewhere border to 10000
