Removed:

The Silence: There is no config for him and I found he was too common. When a config is released, he may make a return.

Changes:

Man From the Fog: No longer spawns in the day and will not climb objects. Due to the inability to change spawn rates, health, etc., I wanted to give players a fighting chance. Especially since he is there from the start.

Voice chat: Adjusted some port configs and settings to hopefully remove some of the connection issues we discovered while playing.
