* Enabled the new FTB Ultimine setting that requires a valid tool for the block. Please report any weird issues with this setting!
* Actually implemented the Critters and Companions spawn rate changes. RIP dragonflies forever.
* Add tags to Encased Towerwood so it's mineable in the current century

Quests & Shop Trades
* Added a quest to nudge about the fluid drawer + dripping upgrades
* Added an expensive repeatable trade that resets all Lootr containers in the world for you, allowing you to re-loot them.
