Progress:Create - GotA Edition

This update updates the base pack, the mods, and includeds the quests for GotA specific mods and testing out Incantations. Both Incantations are to try and make death less annoying, as dying often meant spending a long time just sitting at your fridge waiting for hunger to go down. Please offer any feedback on incantations as it is a system I plan on expanding for other packs.

Incantations:
- Extreme Starve: Gives the player 5 minutes of Hunger 10.
- Reawaken: Runs the spice of life command to update health (no need to relog for more health)

Removed Mods:
- Chunk Sending: Was included upstream
- Connectivity: Was included upstream

Updated GotA Specific mods:
- Immersive Paintings: 0.4.9 -> 0.5.1

- Portable Tables: 2.0 -> 2.2

- Updated Progress Create 0.4.1 -> 0.4.5
