What Makes This Different

You start off with a starter kit of your choice. Then you will need to go through the process of getting flint, sticks, and a grass string to make an axe, then a hammer, then a knife to make a crafting table. Then you will have to go through the ages, progressing form medival to modern, to then eventually having tanks. By the time you are there, your world will have advanced with you, with all mobs leveling with you and getting stronger day by day. 

How Hard Will This Be

You are in an ultra-realistic world. You must maintain food, thirst, mental health, stamina, warmth, or coolness. As well, your entire body will be damaged when hurt, meaning that when you are shot in the arm you will be hurt in the arm. All monsters are trying to kill you aswell are most animals. Your entire inventory, except your first row is locked for a realistic challenge.
