First BETA release of the map has been released (The pack itself is stable) but it is only BETA, its has only 31 quests, no created Reward Bag rewards, and no Reputation yet.
There will be an update for this about every week, but it does take alot of time.

The Mod Pack Hicman2 uses in his Single Player and Server Play series.
It is meant to be an upgrade from 1.7.10 to 1.10.2, with most of the familiar mods you would remember like:

But it also introduces new mods, with similar functionality, or new in every way:
