Downgraded Minetweaker to 3.0.9C from 3.0.10 to resolve critical bug that prevents the server from properly syncing client recipes. Opened issue ticket: https://github.com/stanhebben/MineTweaker3/issues/237
In the meantime, you may see duplicate entries in NEI for tweaked recipes, but they should still function as expected. .
Included menu setting configs (minor change - clients now default to the normal MC menu, instead of the unique Aether one).
