Config Changes:
    -Disabled Quarks Enchantment Blacklisting, as it interfered with smithing books onto tools/armor.
        Need a new method to restrict finding enchantment books outside of dungeons

World Additions:
    -Added Twilight Forest with Custom Terrain! ..Kinda, find out for yourself :D
    -Added Base idea's for dungeons and what will be in them, as well as dungeon door testing
           Dungeons include: Enchantment Books, Tarot Cards (No structures added yet)
