• Altered recipes for all upgrades stone tier and above in Improved Backpacks to be easier
• Disabled the Builder's Kit in Calemi's Utils due to a bug with it causing server crashes
• Added permission for the moderator group to use /save-all
• Altered recipes for all phyto-gro items to be moderately easier
• Slightly increased centrifuge yield for rich slag
• Added macerator recipes for nickel ingots & platinum ingots to be processed into their respective dusts
• Macerator will now receive any wool block rather than only a white wool block to be processed into string
• Added macerator recipe to process bone meal into niter
• Altered Psi recipes for CAD Assembler, Spell Programmer to slightly increase difficulty
