Polaris

Polaris is simple and lightweight modpack that aims to provide kitchen sink experience without forcing quests or age progression.

The project was started with two goals. The first goal was to filter out mods that achieve same thing. For example in my eyes Applied Energistics and Refined Storage do the same thing so why have both? The second goal was to have less than 100 mods installed including all of the dependences. By limiting amount of mods, Polaris uses a lot less ram compared to a larger modpacks. Modpack allows you to play through both tech and magic trees without any limitations in between. Recipes are untouched and only the resource generation was changed to provide better experience while playing.
