Moved to the latest version of Neoforge. 
Updated a few mods.
Patched AllTheMons datapack issues by rolling back Mega Showdown (will update as it gets support)
Added Chipped and a few other aesthetic block mods that should have been in the pack earlier. 

Hotfix: switched Explorer's Compass mods due to waypoint incopatibility that caused clients to disconnect and crash on reconnect.
