Description
Welcome to Poke County, a modpack made with a focus on smaller servers for friends.
It features cobblemon, create, simple voice chat and a bunch of other mods. That combine to make the modpack a fun time for everyone who is playing.
I made this for a server I am hosting with my friends.
The mods do not overpower the vanilla experience if you just want to add a bit more to the game, they are also well optimized so you do not need a massive pc to play this.
