PocketCraft NeoForged

This second beta for 1.3 introduces a new datapack to fix an issue for Small End Islands faling to generate and therefore not being able to spawn Paradox Pokemon. This new datapack makes it to where Paradox Pokemon and the legendries Koraidon and Miraidon have been changed to where they spawn at the main end island now. Walking Wake and Iron Leaves have been changed from being raid den spawns to be standard legendary spawns like the other legendary Paradox Pokemon. The regular Paradox Pokemon  share the same spawn rate as Bronzor at the main end island and the legendary Paradox Pokemon and Koraidon and Miraidon share the same spawn rate as Regieleki. This is not fianal and will be adjsuted with player input.
