Playing With Fire

- workaround for CreateTweaker bug (mostly making this release now to push this fix)
   - can only have cutting or pressing as a first step of recipe, so changed the order around
- blood slime related recipes
   - can convert blood slime block and ball into slime block and ball respectively
   - compacting blood fluid to make blood slime ball/block
- can make obsidian with ice + lava in mixer
- changed ancient debris recipe, fluid clay -> fluid chocolate
- info for another way to get clay (clayconia)
- improved rates for crushed gravel -> flint/clay
- lapis block recipe change, blue petal block + lava -> blue glazed terracotta + honey
- increased music disc stack size to 16
- peaceful relic recipes now require a music disc (any)
- less mana cost on cobalt nugget terra plate recipe
- wither skull recipe now only accepts pigstep, no other disc
