Playing With Fire

- added recipe for piglin spawn egg
- removed bone meal from explosion recipe for plants
- upped max spawn dist from 100 to 120
- changed min spawn dist to 15 for piglins, endermen, blaze, ghast, and wither skeletons
- animated tea table
- upped flower crafting time from 20 ticks to 30
- comments in some ct scripts to denote different sections/ type of recipes
- teatable jei gui improvements
- moved sugar cane, cactus, and bamboo from interactio to teatable recipes
- moved lots of recipes over from datapack to crafttweaker (and made functions for them where it made sense)
- changed early game netherrack recipe to use 1 weeping vines instead of 1 netherrack
- teatable flower recipes, mushrooms -> mystical flowers
- fixed teatable gui for recipes requiring 5 items
- moved endoflame recipe to teatable (doesn't require tea)
