You are the ragdoll:

if you want to be a ragdoll press H.

if your friend or a mob is a ragdoll you can grab them by holding right click.

you also become a ragdoll at explosions, hard impacts and more...

wehn you are a ragdoll you can move a little bit.

you can configure it with /ragdoll.
