**IMPORTANT UPDATE** - FTBQuestOptimizer had a rule that unintentionally caused quest objectives to update at a very delayed rate. This delay has been removed. New addition to Pity Machine Frame quest to include the Control Chip item. Other changes and mod updates are below:
